As Specialist Dr. Tuba Çelebi Kayhan Dermatology Clinic, we take measures to protect your personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK” or “Law”). We process your Personal Data within the scope of KVKK and relevant legal legislation and as the “data controller” for the reasons and methods explained below.

 

Specialist Dr. Tuba Çelebi Kayhan Dermatology Clinic Personal Data Processing Information Text has been prepared in accordance with the article titled “Data Controller’s Information Obligation” in Article 10 of the KVKK, in order to inform you in the most transparent manner about the identity of the data controller, the method and legal reason for collecting your personal data, the purpose for which these data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose they can be transferred, the data processing period and your rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK. The explanations made for “Your Personal Data” in the information text also cover your Special Personal Data.

Your personal data may be created, updated, processed and stored in both digital and physical environments as long as your relationship with the clinic continues.

 

In this context, your personal data, which are specified below, belonging to our employees with whom we have a service relationship, can be processed and transferred in line with the purposes listed below and within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 and the explicit consent obtained from you in terms of certain personal data.

Legal Action: Information in correspondence with judicial authorities, information on fringe benefits and interests,

 

Physical Space Security: Your images obtained from camera recordings that are constantly recorded in common areas in accordance with the legislation at Specialist Dr. Tuba Çelebi Kayhan Dermatology Clinic, your clinic entrance and exit information.

 

Transaction Security: IP address information, website login and logout information, password and passcode information,

Risk Management: Information processed to manage commercial, technical and administrative risks
